Our first and foremost priority is our customers safety. Our staff are all fully trained, and all customers are required to wear safety harnesses. All of which means you can be confident when we visit you, that we have your safety as our primary interest and fun close behind!

• The wall is operated by trained staff at all times.
• Staff are CRB registered
• Staff hold ITC First Aid Certificate
• All Climbers must wear safety harness
• Controlled descent due to a safe and reliable automatic belay system
• Insured with a five million pound public liability insurance
